When requesting a booking by email or phone please inform:

Full name (as shown in Passport)

Dates of travel (in and out dates)

Type of package and Hotel / Accommodation name

Type of room and occupancy and chosen meal plan

Names of travelers

Payments

After a reservation is confirmed full payment is required within 24 hours.

Payments made to Takeoff Surf Travel will be paid by credit card or bank transfer. We will send you a credit card debit authorization form, that you should fill up and return it (by fax or e-mail) properly signed.
